1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account on the 39999 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Registration Information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.

3.5 KYC Verification. 39999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accepted documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. 4. Account Management

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 39999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules, and any remaining eligible Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method subject to KYC compliance.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 All deposits and transactions on the 39999 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other local payment channels as listed on the 39999 deposit page at the time of your transaction. 39999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.4 39999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 39999.

5.5 Deposit processing times are typically near-instant for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to credit to your Account depending on the processing schedule of your bank.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability.

6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the KYC information held on file. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.

6.3 39999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds by the Player will depend on processing times applied by their payment service provider or bank.

6.4 39999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct.

6.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion of the balance.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All Bets placed on the 39999 platform are final once confirmed. 39999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Bet except in circumstances where 39999 determines, in its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.

7.2 Manifest Errors. 39999 reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a manifest error, including but not limited to typographical errors in odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical malfunctions. Players will be notified of any void settlements and the original stake will be returned to their Account.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time during a match or event. Bets accepted during a suspension window will be void. 39999 accepts no liability for delays in the display of live odds caused by data feed latency, internet connectivity issues, or other technical factors.

7.4 Event Cancellations. If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the specified settlement conditions are met, all affected Bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' accounts unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport-specific rules published on the 39999 betting pages.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. 39999 may apply maximum winnings limits on individual Bets or across specific markets. These limits, where applicable, will be displayed on the relevant betting market or communicated to the Player prior to placement.

7.6 Bet Settlement. All sports Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA, or the applicable national cricket or football association). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, the decision of the relevant governing body shall be final.

8. Casino Games

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 39999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 39999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the 39999 platform without express written permission from 39999.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The 39999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 39999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: system downtime, data loss, unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's own negligence, or the interruption of any bet or casino game session.

13.3 39999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

17. Governing Law
